" ...everyone was dancing all night long... "

What must I provide for the band?
Very simple:
1) You (or your venue) provide staging -- this is usually provided free from your venue. Our suggested stage is built from regular hotel stage risers creatively placed at different heights and positions. This will give a much more "produced look" to your event than a flat rectangular stage.

2) You provide electrical. This will vary, depending on what light and sound package we are bringing and can range from TWO 20-amp circuits on up to TEN 20-amp circuits, with FOUR to SIX circuits being the most typical. Ask for exact specifications on your specific event.

3) You provide a meal for the band. Please, no box lunches. Our band arrives long before your event begins to make sure we are ready well in advance of starting time. Then after the event, we pack our equipment and leave at least an hour after it ends. That makes for a long 8 to 10 hour day (not counting driving). You have several options: You can provide (one of the following) a hot meal, a hot buffet, vouchers for a coffee shop, a room service menu, or you can do a buyout at $25/person and we will buy our own food. When ordering the food or calculating the buyout option, it will be the number of performers PLUS up to two technicians (check with me for exact number at contract signing).

4) You pay for any parking fees at the venue for band vehicles, including a van and 12' trailer. This is not common, but it does occasionally come up.
